Job Summary

You will be a key contact for customers, assisting with financing enquiries, coordinating loan applications, and ensuring a smooth experience from enquiry to approval.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels to provide clear and accurate financing information

Assess customers’ financing needs to recommend appropriate loan options based on available products

Assist customers in collecting and verifying required documents for loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy

Coordinate loan application processes by liaising with customers and financial institutions to track progress and resolve issues

Provide timely updates to customers on application status and follow up on outstanding documents or requirements

Maintain accurate and organized records of customer information and application details for compliance and reporting

Perform administrative duties including data entry, documentation, and filing to support efficient operations

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of loan applications

Handle customer concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel when necessary

Protect customer confidentiality by securely managing personal and financial information

Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance standards in all tasks

Support additional customer service and operational duties as needed to contribute to team goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, banking, finance, or loan processing is an advantage but not mandatory

Proficiency in basic computer applications and administrative tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members

Good organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously

Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in documentation and data management
