Main Tasks:

• Safety induction to contract workers
• Maintaining green card for contractor entry
• Assist updating EHS department document filling system & Documentation work for RC readiness
• Participate and assist EHS technician in conducting Safety Work about and Safety Committee meeting.
• Assist EHS team updating Action tracker yellow card finding.
• Assist EHS team managing, issuing and updating PPE.
• Assist updating EHS department document filling system
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Committed to a full-time 6-month internship
• Students minimum Diploma's in any related disciplines.
• Knowledge on hardware, Microsoft Product (i.e. Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Point, Excel).
• Excellent time management, work prioritization and verbal communication skills.
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Able closely with stakeholder physically onsite in the office.
