Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on marketplace/e-commerce experience preferred

Strong knowledge of Shopee / TikTok Shop / Lazada Seller Centre

Experience handling marketplace violations or appeals is highly preferred

Understanding of prohibited/restricted product policies

Able to identify compliance risks BEFORE publishing listings

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and take ownership of marketplace accounts

Experience in mobile phones, consumer electronics, IT products, telecommunications or other policy-sensitive categories is a major advantage.

About the Role

Gintech Mobile is looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive who can independently manage and grow our online marketplace operations.

This is NOT an entry-level product-listing position.

We are specifically looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in Shopee, TikTok Shop and/or Lazada Seller Centre, including marketplace policies, account health, listing compliance and platform violations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and other marketplace operations

* Create, optimise and maintain product listings

* Monitor account health, violations and platform warnings

* Ensure listings comply with marketplace policies

* Understand prohibited/restricted product requirements and listing risks

* Handle listing removals, violations and appeals

* Maintain supporting documents required for platform verification/appeals

* Manage pricing, stock, campaigns, vouchers and promotions

* Monitor marketplace performance and prepare reports

* Improve traffic, conversion and online sales

* Coordinate orders, fulfilment and customer service

* Keep management updated on marketplace policy changes

* Develop SOPs to reduce repeated violations and account risks

Salary

RM3,500 – RM5,500+

Final package will depend on actual marketplace experience, platform knowledge and ability to independently manage the accounts.
