Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop engaging visuals, captions, and short videos to promote Ibupreneur's programmes, workshops, events, and impact stories.
- Perform basic photo and video editing (e.g. Canva, CapCut, or similar tools) to produce ready-to-post content.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely, consistent posting.
- Update website content, event announcements, and product pages when needed.
Community Engagement
- Manage day-to-day social media activity and community engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor social media and digital trends, recommending new ideas to improve engagement and reach.
Campaign & Programme Promotion
- Support marketing campaigns to increase programme awareness and participant enrolment.
- Collaborate with the Academy and other teams to gather information and develop promotional materials.
- Assist in launching and promoting new initiatives and learning opportunities.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, including boosting content and monitoring basic ad performance where required.
Design Support
- Design engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms to support marketing campaigns.
- Design brochures, posters, flyers, and other promotional materials aligned with Ibupreneur's brand.
- Support the creation of presentation decks for internal use, partners, and events.
- Assist with basic website and digital asset visuals as needed.
- Stay updated with design and content trends relevant to social enterprises.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report key social media metrics including reach, engagement, followers, and campaign performance.
- Use basic analytics tools to monitor content performance.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on analytics and audience insights.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
