Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Develop engaging visuals, captions, and short videos to promote Ibupreneur's programmes, workshops, events, and impact stories.
• Perform basic photo and video editing (e.g. Canva, CapCut, or similar tools) to produce ready-to-post content.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely, consistent posting.
• Update website content, event announcements, and product pages when needed.

Community Engagement

• Manage day-to-day social media activity and community engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor social media and digital trends, recommending new ideas to improve engagement and reach.

Campaign & Programme Promotion

• Support marketing campaigns to increase programme awareness and participant enrolment.
• Collaborate with the Academy and other teams to gather information and develop promotional materials.
• Assist in launching and promoting new initiatives and learning opportunities.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, including boosting content and monitoring basic ad performance where required.

Design Support

• Design engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms to support marketing campaigns.
• Design brochures, posters, flyers, and other promotional materials aligned with Ibupreneur's brand.
• Support the creation of presentation decks for internal use, partners, and events.
• Assist with basic website and digital asset visuals as needed.
• Stay updated with design and content trends relevant to social enterprises.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and report key social media metrics including reach, engagement, followers, and campaign performance.
• Use basic analytics tools to monitor content performance.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on analytics and audience insights.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
