• Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and administer skills assessments.
• Coordination: Schedule interviews with department managers and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Offers: Extend job offers, discuss compensation and benefits, and handle basic onboarding.
