We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Engineer to support the company's engineering and product development activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy practical engineering work, are eager to learn, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

The Assistant Engineer will work closely with senior engineering staff and support a wide range of engineering activities, including laboratory testing, product evaluation, system verification, engineering documentation, prototype assembly, data collection, and general R&D support.

The successful candidate is not expected to be a technical specialist but should be willing to learn new skills and execute engineering tasks accurately under the guidance of senior staff.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior engineers in engineering and product development activities.

2. Conduct testing, measurements, and evaluations following established procedures.

3. Support prototype assembly, laboratory activities, and engineering verification work.

4. Prepare and maintain test records, reports, and engineering documentation.

5. Support coordination of samples, materials, equipment, and external services when required.

6. Perform other engineering-related tasks assigned by senior staff.

Job Requirements

1. Basic understanding of electronics, power electronics, laboratory testing, electrical measurements, PCB assembly, or engineering projects is preferred.

2. Experience with oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, and other common laboratory equipment is a plus.

3. Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

4. Positive attitude and adaptability in a startup environment.

5. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work responsibly.

6. Hands-on mindset and attention to detail.

7. Good teamwork and communication skills.
