Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business or science, or related disciplines

8-12 years of experience gained in consulting, or corporate/digital/innovation strategy at a well-established conglomerate, or strategic roles within a leading technology company

High-calibre talent with strong business acumen and strategic commercial judgement

AI-curious and technologically fluent

Outgoing, proactive, credible and relationship-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Very fluent in Mandarin, conversational Cantonese and professional English are required

Work in Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park (Hetao / Lok Ma Chau Loop)

Responsibilities

Navigate the unique cross-border (Shenzhen-HK) institutional dynamics and government-level policy sandbox incentives and sync the knowledge with SHKP headquarter

Develop a forward-looking view on major technology shifts shaping consumer behaviour, enterprise operations, and asset ecosystems; and assess their strategic implications for the Group's core business verticals

Produce concise, board-level strategic briefings that translate complex technological developments into clear business implications; and articulate how emerging capabilities could reshape customer experiences, operational efficiency, or competitive positioning across the Group's portfolio

Collaborate with corporate digital engagement teams to drive transformational projects and empower cross-BU business decision making

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate.)
