Responsibilities:

• Participate in audit fieldwork, both domestic and overseas (Singapore and potentially Indonesia).
• Manage fieldwork itineraries and administrative matters related to internal audits and draft audit issues.
• Perform follow-up verification on the status of corrective or rectifying actions from previous audit issues.
• Participate in corporate reviews and due diligence activities, as required.
• Research on laws decrees, Listing Requirements, financial reporting standards, industry-related matters.
• Gather information and perform various tests on Group-wide recurrent related party transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual report statement and report write-ups.
• Participate in interdepartmental meetings and discussions and perform assigned duties accordingly.
• To discharge ad hoc assignments as instructed by superior as and when required. Requirements:
• Professional qualification (CIMA/ ACCA/ ICSA/ ASCPA/ ICAEW), recognised basic Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, or Corporate Secretarial.
• Candidate with related working experience will be an added advantage and Senior Executive position may be offered to experienced incumbent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Excellent report-writing skills in English.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to drive long distances during outstation trips.
• Willing to travel outstation and overseas, as and when required.
