About Us:
We are a fast-growing company specializing in EAS and retail security solutions, helping retailers increase sales opportunities while protecting their business profits by reducing losses from shoplifting and internal theft.

In line with our expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our technical team.

• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of electronic security systems

• Support product demonstrations and technical training

• Handle service requests and basic troubleshooting

• Provide on-site and after-sales technical support

• Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent

• At least 1 year of relevant experience

• Basic knowledge of electronic systems (training will be provided)

• Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia

• Proficient in PowerPoint

• Independent, hardworking, and self-motivated team player

• Must have own transport and willing to travel outstation and work night shifts
