Job position: Human Resource Executive
Location: Damansara Heights, KL

Job Duties:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Handle payroll processing, statutory contributions, and related submissions.
• Manage employee records, HR documentation, contracts, letters, and HR reports.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary matters, attendance, and performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment laws.
• Liaise with LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, HRD Corp, Zakat, and other relevant authorities.
• Manage expatriate employment passes, visas, and work permits where required.
• Support HR initiatives, staff welfare, training, and other HR assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferably 3 years of HR experience, especially in recruitment and payroll.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
