Responsibilities

E-commerce Content & Listings

• You will create and maintain store visuals for Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, including product listings, campaign banners, store decorations and promotional materials.
• You will build and update product listings end-to-end with clear titles, descriptions, specifications, application notes, approved pricing and on-brand visuals.
• You will optimise images and copy to meet platform requirements and improve conversion, while keeping presentation consistent across stores.
• You will keep listing data accurate by cross-checking price and product details before publishing.

Creative Production & Social

• You will produce static visuals, short-form videos and simple motion graphics for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• You will manage basic video editing and asset sizing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• You will handle product photography and retouching to deliver publication-ready images.
• You will use AI creative tools to accelerate ideation and adapt designs across formats while verifying final quality.

Collaboration & Project Management

• You will work closely with Key Account, Commercial and Product teams to deliver creative assets for campaigns, promos and new launches.
• You will manage multiple creative requests and product-content projects, prioritising work to meet agreed timelines and deliverables.
• You will research and verify vehicle applications and compatibility using approved brand catalogues and reliable sources.
• You will maintain organised asset libraries and simple documentation to speed approvals and reuse.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• You hold a Diploma or Degree in Design, Creative Media, Marketing or a related discipline.
• You have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, or you are a fresh graduate with a strong portfolio that shows e-commerce or product work.
• Experience in product photography, photo retouching, e-commerce design, product content development or short-form video production is an advantage.
• You have worked with marketplace stores or supported product launches in a cross-functional team before.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• You are proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent professional design software.
• You can produce basic short-form video content and edit using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools.
• You are familiar with AI-powered creative tools and comfortable using them to improve productivity and adapt content.
• You understand e-commerce listing best practices for Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, including image specs and content formatting.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• You can manage multiple assignments, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• You are responsible, organised and able to work independently while collaborating well with different teams.
• You have good communication skills and are comfortable coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• You pay attention to detail and bring a practical approach to checking product compatibility and quality control.

As part of the Product & Creative Marketing team, responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality product content, visual assets and e-commerce listings across automotive brands and online stores. The role combines creative design with product content development and e-commerce execution, working closely with Key Account, Commercial and Product teams to ensure product information, applications and visual content are accurate, consistent and commercially effective.
