Job Responsibilities

• Lead project controlling for major CAPEX and investment projects.
• Monitor project budget, cost, forecast, cash flow, schedule, and performance.
• Identify project risks, deviations, and opportunities early.
• Analyse project performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop project controlling processes, KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and Steering Committees.
• Support project teams in improving cost, schedule, and overall project performance.
• Lead project risk and opportunity management.
• Develop practical tools using Excel, Power BI, or other systems.
• Challenge assumptions and provide forward-looking recommendations.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience in project controlling, project controls, or CAPEX management.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, cost control, forecasting, cash flow, and project performance.
• Experience handling large-scale projects or capital investments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and/or Power BI.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM27,000.00 per month
