Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage customer data, improve engagement, and support customer relationship activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate customer data.
• Monitor CRM activities and customer interactions.
• Support email campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Prepare basic CRM reports and analyze customer trends.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer retention.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of CRM or customer relationship experience preferred.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
