Job Description:

• Develop, configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions based on business requirements.
• Design and develop HRSD workflows to automate HR processes.
• Work with HR teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and support production activities.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with strong HRSD expertise.
• Hands-on experience in HRSD workflow development and HR process automation.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and Flow Designer.
• Experience with HR Case Management, Employee Service Center and HR Service Delivery.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certification is preferred.
