Project Manager – AI / AIOps Transformation

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale AI and AIOps transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing infrastructure, ITSM, cloud or managed services transformation programs and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, technology teams and implementation partners.

Required Experience

10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.

Proven experience delivering Infrastructure Transformation, ITSM Transformation or Cloud Transformation programs.

Experience managing enterprise-scale technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Experience in Infrastructure Operations, Application Support, Service Management or Managed Services.

Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.

Exposure to AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
