• Support Voice of Customer and pain-point mapping through research, data analysis and stakeholder inputs.
• Assist in market, customer and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Support the evaluation of growth initiatives, including basic commercial analysis and business-case development.
• Help track key projects, milestones and action items, supporting project teams in maintaining execution momentum.
• Prepare concise analyses, insights and presentation materials for ongoing strategy and growth initiatives.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to strategy, commercial growth and project execution, working on real business opportunities across customers, markets and internal initiatives.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills .
• Able to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
• Capability to uphold confidentiality and manage delicate information discreetly.
• Willingness to learn.
