Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate moulding machines and understand the moulding process.
• Perform mold maintenance, repairs, and understand the full maintenance process.
• Operate tooling machines, including grinding machines, with precision.
• Ensure dies are ready on time as per the production schedule.
• Prepare monthly spare part stock reports and plan for replacements.
• Monitor die maintenance schedules, track die life, and keep die history updated.
• Prevent die assembly errors and implement error-proofing (poka-yoke) measures.
• Participate in kaizen (continuous improvement) activities.
• Manage manpower arrangements, including shifts, leave, and overtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (2S and safety standards).
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelors' in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Have 3-4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
