Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Supervise and coordinate the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Be hands-on and perform floor duties during service
, including greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables and attending to guest requests.
Maintain high standards of service, hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
Lead, train and guide service staff on service standards, product knowledge and SOPs.
Assist with staff scheduling, deployment and attendance matters.
Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational requirements to the team.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service.
Monitor restaurant supplies, equipment and inventory levels.
Assist with stock control, ordering and monthly inventory when required.
Ensure proper use of the POS system, cashiering procedures and daily closing.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety and company policies.
Assist with opening and closing duties.

Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
