Job Requirements:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and general HR administration.

• Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and ensure timely payment of salaries, allowances, claims and other employee-related payments.
• Manage statutory contributions and submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and other relevant statutory requirements.
• Handle recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, selection and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave, benefits and other personnel matters.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are properly implemented and comply with current employment laws and regulations.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities and statutory bodies on HR, employment and compliance matters when required.
• Assist in handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and other workplace issues.
• Prepare HR reports, payroll reports and other HR-related documentation for management review.
• Coordinate employee confirmation, performance appraisal, resignation, termination and other employment-related processes.
• Keep up to date with changes in labour laws, statutory requirements and HR best practices.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
