Key Responsibilities
Spa Front Desk & Guest Welcoming:
- Greet and welcome spa guests upon arrival at the spa reception counter.
- Conduct brief consultations to understand guest needs and recommend suitable spa treatments, massages, and packages.
- Serve complimentary welcome drinks or amenities according to spa standards.
Spa Booking & Therapist Coordination:
- Manage spa appointment schedules via phone, WhatsApp, online bookings, and room inquiries.
- Assign and coordinate treatment slots efficiently among spa therapists/masseuses.
- Monitor treatment room readiness and ensure smooth flow between appointments.
POS Transactions & Sales:
- Handle payments via cash, credit cards, e-wallets, or hotel room charges (in coordination with hotel billing).
- Actively upsell spa packages, add-on treatments, memberships, and retail spa products.
- Prepare daily spa sales summaries and balance the cash float at the end of each shift.
- Spa Ambience & Administration:
- Maintain the spa reception, lounge, and product display areas to ensure they are clean, serene, and fragrant.
- Monitor stock levels of retail spa products, massage oils, towels, and front desk stationery.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in a spa, salon, wellness center, or beauty outlet.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional language skills are a plus for serving tourists).
- Warm, polite, and confident personality with a well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a spa environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience operating POS systems.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
