Time-Series Data: Experiencewith databases suited for sensor data (e.g., InfluxDB, TimescaleDB, orIoT-specific data stores).
Connectivity & Protocols: Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA,MQTT) commonly used in marine automation.
Data Processing: Experiencewith stream processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Kafka, Flink) to handlehigh-frequency sensor streams.
Data Warehousing: Knowledge ofcloud-based warehousing (e.g., AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, Snowflake).
DevOps & Security: Implementation of secure data transmission and deployment practices inalignment with maritime cyber-security standards.
