Responsibilities
Job Description:
Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales & gross margin targets.
Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, developers, main contractors and M&E contractors.
Promote BMS, smart building, energy management and related solutions.
Identify projects early and engage consultants during the design/specification stage.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, compliance schedules and proposals.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and regular customer/project follow-up.
Monitor market trends, competitors and new project opportunities.
Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, M&E, Mechanical, Building Automation or equivalent.
3–5 years' relevant experience for Assistant Sales Manager; more experienced candidates considered for Sales Manager.
Good knowledge of BMS and ACMV/HVAC.
Experience in M&E construction, BMS, building automation, smart building or system integration preferred.
Existing relationships with consultants, contractors and developers are an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Good technical and commercial understanding.
Personal Attributes
Task-oriented, proactive and results-driven.
Strong sense of ownership, urgency and follow-through.
Able to manage multiple projects and tight tender deadlines.
Highly responsive to customers, consultants and suppliers.
