MISC Group Hiring! Full Time Manager ICT Strategy and Performance in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a Manager, ICT Strategy and Performance to shape and manage the Group’s ICT strategy, connect it with Enterprise Architecture and business priorities, and monitor the performance of strategic technology initiatives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Own and manage the Group ICT strategy and align it with business objectives and Enterprise Architecture.
• Develop and maintain strategic ICT roadmaps.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices and innovative solutions.
• Monitor strategic-project performance and provide updates on progress, outcomes and impact.
• Engage stakeholders across the Group and build partnerships with business teams, technology owners, research houses and vendors.
• Roll out ICT strategy to stakeholders and support integration with the overall business strategy.
• Track industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the strategy relevant.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Information and Communication Technology, Engineering Design or equivalent.
• Relevant degree background may also include Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in IT strategy development and implementation, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, project management and performance monitoring.
• Excellent research, analysis, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• TOGAF or ITIL certification is an added advantage.
