The Opportunity

• Monthly Salary: $1,320 – $1,550
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM (Great for work-life balance!)
• Start work only in January 2027
• Growth Path: Opportunity to convert to a Full-Time Teacher.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a vital part of our classroom, you will ensure our students receive the holistic care and academic support they deserve:

• Instructional Support: Prepare and facilitate lessons (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM) and provide individualized attention or modified routines for students.
• Classroom Management: Handle daily duties, maintain attendance records, and manage communication channels/booklets for parents.
• Student Welfare: Ensure the safety, care, and positive learning experience of every student.
• School Spirit: Support community events, holiday camps, and Open Houses to enhance our school's vibrant reputation.
• Professional Growth: Attend all staff training and professional development sessions.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level completion.
• Who should apply: We welcome homemakers and students currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree.
• Experience: Prior experience working with special needs children is a major plus.
• Qualities: You are responsible, energetic, and aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
