PacificPlan Interiors Limited invites the following candidates:

QUANTITY SURVEYORS / ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYORS

Relevant professional degree or diploma with minimum 2year experiences in construction / interior design / fitting out field, or registration with HKIS / RICS or CIOB

• Be able to establish logical methodologies for large scale tender process, including skillful spreadsheet usage & analysis
• Be responsible in documentation process with sense of cost control and project analysis
• Experience in Construction Process & Practical Construction detail
• Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including clients and subtrades
• Relevant experiences in the Fitting Out projects are expected
• Hands-on working attitude is always welcome
• For those candidates with less experience can be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Those applicants experience for public sector experience like universities/ MTR / URA etc will take precedence consideration
