Essentra Components, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of essential components. The D365 Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily order-to-delivery processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role acts as the key liaison between Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and end users to ensure accurate order processing, shipment coordination, and system data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

1) Order Management & Customer Support

• Process and manage customer orders in D365 accurately and timely.
• Review sales orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve delivery or fulfillment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records within D365.

2) Shipment & Logistics Coordination

• Arrange and coordinate local and international shipments.
• Liaise with warehouse, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documentation and monitor shipment execution.
• Track delivery performance and manage customer shipment inquiries.

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration / Logistics/ Manufacturing or related field
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Available to start immediately and commit minimum 3 months
• With Microsoft Dynamics 365 user experience will be a plus+
