Join an agile delivery unit to drive business process design, functional requirement validation, and end-to-end system implementations.

• Partner with key project stakeholders to translate operational objectives into clear functional specs, user stories, and process workflows.

• Establish detailed business rules, integration requirements, and functional specifications across all project lifecycle phases.

• Direct requirement traceability matrices from early concept design through build, testing, and final system go-live.

• Lead functional review sessions, defect triage, and requirement clarification during system integration and acceptance testing phases.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams, solution architects, and testing streams to validate operational readiness.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in large-scale technical software projects.

• Strong capability in requirement gathering, process mapping, and translating complex business flows into functional deliverables.

• Hands-on familiarity with modern software development lifecycles, user story creation, and system interface specifications.

• Solid analytical mindset to identify operational gaps, evaluate data flows, and coordinate testing defect management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
