Job Summary

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and food quality standards while ensuring timely, hygienic presentation and smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and food quality standards to ensure consistent taste and presentation
• Monitor food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation to maintain customer satisfaction
• Assist in menu planning and develop new dishes to support culinary innovation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and work areas to meet health standards
• Check and manage food ingredients and kitchen supplies to minimize wastage and control costs
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety requirements to maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations and timely food service
• Perform other cooking and kitchen-related duties as assigned by management to support overall kitchen efficiency
