Dah Chong Hong Hiring! Full Time Assistant Manager - Group Reporting - Analysis in Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Assist in preparing group consolidation, interim and annual financial reports, management performance results, forecasts/plans, budget and analysis, focusing on group-wise financial systems as an enabler. E.g. Hyperion, Tagetik, PBI Dashboard, Yonyou, Yuannian, etc. Handling the standardization of Chart of Accounts & accounting manual, CITIC routine and ad-hoc reports.  

Responsibilities:

• Assist management to prepare timely reports and group consolidation to support statutory audit process, provide analysis, prepare budget and forecast

• Management DCH Group consolidation systems

• Management DCH Group financial analysis tools (e.g. Power BI)  

• Handle standardization of chart of accounts & accounting manual and CITIC consolidation systems

• Involve and assist in finance transformation and streamline projects

• Handle ad-hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

• At least 4 years financial reporting & analysis experience gained in sizable companies

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines

• Qualified accountant

• Knowledge in Yonyou, Power BI, Hyperion and Tagetik system will be an advantage

• Well-versed in MS Office applications (Excel modelling, as well as Word and PowerPoint formatting skills)

• Detail-oriented, mature, committed, proactive, willing to work as a team, self-motivated

• Good communication skills, proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
