Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely quotations to support sales initiatives and tender submissions.
Generate detailed reports and maintain up-to-date databases to support decision-making and operational tracking.
Follow up on sales orders to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve shared goals and deliverables.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets that support marketing and sales activities.
Demonstrate meticulous organization and attention to detail in managing administrative tasks.
Leverage knowledge of SAP/SAGE systems, when applicable, to support sales and inventory management.
Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor in a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales support, order management, or business operations.
Prior experience in the scientific or medical equipment, devices, or consumables industry is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
