Job Overview

• Role: Warehouse Assistant cum Packer
• Average Salary (Singapore): $1,800 to $2,600 per month (depending on shifts, skills, and overtime)
• Core Goal: Keep stock moving smoothly, accurately, and safely inside the warehouse. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Logistics: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods or raw materials for damage or missing parts.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, sort, and label items accurately based on shipping documents or delivery orders.
• Outbound Logistics: Load goods safely onto delivery trucks or vans.
• Inventory Control: Perform stock-taking, cycle counts, and enter inbound/outbound records into the inventory or ERP system.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Secondary School education or Nitec in Supply Chain/Logistics (often flexible based on experience).
• Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but many entry-level roles welcome eager beginners.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items (typically up to 15kg or more).
• Licenses (Bonus): A valid Singapore forklift or reach-truck license is an advantage that increases monthly pay

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,094.76 per month
