• Perform daily accounting duties including data entry, prepare vouchers, issue invoices and filing

• Handle payment activities such as preparing cheques and handling online banking

• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing

• Provide administrative and secretarial support

• Update customers / suppliers information and maintain proper filing

• Coordinate with internal and external parties

• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:-

• Diploma or above in Accounting and Finance or related disciplines

• Being self-initiative, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in using accounting software (e.g. MYOB) will be an advantage

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua

• Be proactive and willing to learn

• Immediate available is preferred
