Develop and execute site supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives

Lead production planning, materials management, inventory control, and customer service performance

Drive OEE improvement and overall manufacturing performance

Implement and sustain Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives

Champion a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance

Manage operating budgets for production and supply chain functions

Lead, mentor, and develop managers across production, planning, logistics, and warehouse teams

Use KPIs and data analytics to drive performance improvement and report to senior management

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations

Proven track record of operational improvement, productivity gains, and cost reduction

Strong knowledge of ERP and production planning systems

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field

Fluent English required; Thai language ability advantageous

Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
