What You'll Do

1. Own the end-to-end design and execution of the business target and performance management framework, aligned with organizational priorities and business strategy. 2. Responsibilities include mid- to long-term business planning, quarterly and monthly target setting, translating strategic objectives into actionable business plans, and aligning resources with key priorities. 3. Ensure consistency and accountability across organizational and team-level goals, while leading the design and ongoing operation of performance management mechanisms. Maintain the timeliness and accuracy of performance measurement and provide the structure and insights needed to help business teams deliver against their objectives. 4. Systematically monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business performance to continuously assess the relevance and achievability of business targets. Proactively recalibrate targets and priorities in response to changes in business stage, market conditions, and strategic direction. 5. Establish and continuously enhance an integrated performance tracking and reporting framework, delivering data-driven business reviews and management reports, including MBRs, WBRs, and DBRs, to support management decision-making. 6. Explore the application of AI and machine learning tools to business performance monitoring, anomaly detection, and trend forecasting, improving the timeliness and forward-looking capabilities of business analysis. 7. Lead deep-dive analyses on key business challenges and strategic priorities by integrating quantitative analysis, user insights, market research, and other relevant methodologies. Independently own the full analytical lifecycle-from problem definition and analytical framework design to data analysis, insight generation, and executive-level communication. 8. Translate complex findings into actionable strategic recommendations and provide high-quality business insights to support management decision-making and drive measurable business outcomes.

What We Need From You

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in data operations, strategy operations, or data product-related roles. 2. Highly data-sensitive, with strong analytical capabilities and proficient in SQL (required). 3. Strong systematic planning ability, capable of translating business goals into data rules, tagging systems, and KPI frameworks. 4. Clear logical thinking and strong communication skills, able to collaborate efficiently across data, product, technical, and business teams.
