The Role
Acting as the essential bridge between business and IT, you will:

• Engage with faculties and business units to capture operational challenges and define technology requirements
• Document functional specifications, process flows, and user stories to guide development teams
• Analyse existing systems to identify gaps and recommend practical improvements
• Collaborate with developers, vendors, and business users on integrations, enhancements, and upgrades
• Support UAT, ensuring solutions align with agreed business requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation of system changes, processes, and integrations
• Contribute to the evaluation of new technologies to improve efficiency and user experience

What We're Looking For
A collaborative, solutions-focused professional who bridges business and IT with confidence:

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5 years' experience in IT business analysis, systems analysis, or IT project delivery
• Good understanding of software development, APIs, databases, and system integrations
• Proven ability to gather requirements, coordinate UAT, and engage diverse stakeholders
• Experience working with IT vendors is an advantage
• Exposure to a university or student lifecycle environment is a bonus
