Shipping Supervisor (Ref# 068904)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for import & export operations, L/C negotiation, management of forwarders and suppliers

• Handle full import and export shipping documentation and key document management

• Maintain close communication with both internal and external parties for all shipping issues

• Schedule pickups with freight, parcel, and third-party logistics providers

• Monitor shipment deadlines and resolve delays, shortages, damages, and delivery issues

• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records in the company's systems

• Ensure garments are folded, packed, labeled, and protected according to customer and company standards

• Enforce company policies and applicable safety and transportation requirements

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 5 years of experience in shipping, warehouse operations, distribution, or apparel manufacturing

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred

• Knowledge of garment handling, packing, labeling, and order fulfillment

• Familiarity with shipping software, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems

• Ability to read and verify customer orders and shipping documents

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
