Responsibilities
Hiring for multiple headcounts
5 days work week
Location: Across Singapore (Multiple projects available)
Facilities / Technical Executive
Responsibilities:
Manage daily facilities and building maintenance operations.
Monitor M&E systems including ACMV/HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.
Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality work.
Conduct regular site inspections and attend to breakdowns.
Maintain maintenance records, reports and documentation.
Support facilities improvement and ad-hoc projects.
Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma in Facilities Management or related Engineering field.
3–5 years of relevant facilities / building maintenance experience.
Good knowledge of M&E systems and contractor management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
