Responsibilities
Senior HR Executive – Key Responsibilities
*1. HR Operations & Employee Relations*
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, orientation, confirmation, and employee exit processes.
- Manage employee engagement, performance appraisal, grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
*2. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits*
- Manage and administer monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, claims, leave, and statutory contributions.
- Administer employee benefits, including medical, insurance, leave, and other benefits.
- Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking, analyse market data, and provide recommendations to management.
- Analyse payroll and manpower costs and highlight significant trends or variances.
*3. Foreign Worker & Hostel Management*
- Manage end-to-end foreign worker matters, including recruitment, work permits, renewals, medical examinations, insurance, documentation, transfers, cancellations, and repatriation.
- Liaise with government authorities, agencies, and relevant service providers on foreign worker matters.
- Monitor permits, passports, and other documentation to ensure timely renewal and regulatory compliance.
- Manage foreign worker hostel/accommodation, including occupancy, room allocation, maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and related issues.
- Monitor and analyse foreign worker and hostel costs and identify opportunities for cost control and improvement.
*4. Training & Development*
- Identify and analyse employee training and development needs based on performance and business requirements.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external training programmes.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support employee development and continuous improvement initiatives.
*5. HR Budgeting, Reporting & Analysis*
- Prepare and manage the annual HR & Admin budget and monitor actual expenditure against budget.
- Perform budget variance and HR cost analysis and highlight significant deviations to management.
- Prepare and analyse HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, manpower costs, and other relevant indicators.
- Provide HR reports, insights, and recommendations to support management decision-making.
*6. HR Administration & Compliance*
- Ensure smooth and efficient HR and administrative operations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage HR vendors, agencies, and external service providers.
- Review and verify employee expenses and claims for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support HR audits and ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
