The Mariners is a unique facility with accommodation and club facilities for Seafarers and the Maritime Community. We aim to provide Seafarers with spiritual and pastoral care and welfare services while creating a home-away-home experience for all our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily routine duties in Front Desk of TMC regarding greeting and welcoming arriving guests, guest registration, cashiering, handing room keys, accommodation enquires, membership enquires

• Handling payments in a most courteous, efficient and professional way

• Handle emergency situations that occurred at TMC.

Requirements:

• 5 years hotel/club operations experience, preferably in Front Office

• International chain experience preferably

• High Diploma in Hotel Management or above

• People-oriented with problem solving skills

• Excellent departmental coordination and organizational skills

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

• Innovative, multi-tasking and possesses a can-do attitude

• Plan, set and execute priorities. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and deliver results in a timely manner

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Seafarers Experiences Officer.
