Job Description

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly manner.
• Take orders and prepare/serve products according to company standards.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist with stock arrangement and inventory checking.
• Follow company SOPs on food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
• Support and guide junior crew when required.
• Provide relief support to outlets across the Penang region when there is a manpower shortage or staff absence.
• Willing to travel and work at different outlets based on operational needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Preferably with F&B, retail, or customer service experience.
• Friendly, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to travel and work at different outlets across Penang.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Possess a valid driving licence is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
