ICT Zone Ventures Berhad is looking for a reliable, punctual, and professional Executive Driver to provide safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for our Executive and company personnel.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, well-disciplined, familiar with Klang Valley routes, and able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Important: This position is strictly for non-smokers and non-vapers.

Key Responsibilities

Major Tasks

• Drive the superior to meetings, site visits, and other official destinations as assigned.
• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, serviced on schedule, and kept clean at all times.
• Responsible for regular car washing and ensuring the vehicle remains presentable.
• Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, tolls, and maintenance.
• Promptly report any vehicle defects, accidents, or issues to the superior.

Secondary Tasks

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, or provide administrative support as required.
• Drive company personnel to other official destinations as assigned.
• Assist with other administrative or logistical duties as required.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class D / E driving licence, depending on vehicle type.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably as an executive, personal, or corporate driver.
• Good knowledge of Kajang, Ampang, and Klang Valley routes.
• Must be a non-smoker and non-vaper.
• Punctual, reliable, disciplined, and responsible.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Good driving record with a strong commitment to road safety.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when required.
• Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
