Job Summary

Serve as the primary customer liaison to deliver timely, accurate information and resolve inquiries related to property defects, project progress, and TOP status, enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, delivering accurate information about property defects, project progress, or TOP status
• Build and sustain customer relationships by identifying needs, anticipating concerns, and providing tailored assistance
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues to relevant departments and ensuring timely follow-up
• Coordinate with property staff to obtain necessary information for prompt response to service enquiries
• Maintain accurate and current customer records to support service delivery
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and present insights to management
• Proactively follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address unresolved issues
• Stay updated on company projects, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate communication
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment through active participation and support
• Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned
