Join SOVOTEL Boutique Hotel, a growing hotel chain dedicated to providing comfortable stays and excellent guest experiences. As our Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. Your work will help provide a comfortable and seamless experience for our guests while supporting the hotel's daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance work for all Sovotel properties.
• Work closely with property managers and the property team to ensure that rooms and the property are in acceptable condition.
• Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and handyman tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and exercise good judgment.
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.
• Repair all types of hardware, plumbing, electrical equipment, and cosmetic items.
• Carry out preventive maintenance work.
• Conduct property visits to ensure that the property is in operational condition.
• Perform any duties as instructed by a superior.

Job Requirement

• Candidate with at least one year of experience in building maintenance.
• Candidate with Hospitality background preferred.
• Willing to travel between Sovotel properties.
• Pleasant personality and a willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and well-organized.
• Responsible, reliable, independent, and has a sense of urgency.
• Honest, efficient, and professional at all times.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) Saturday (9am - 1pm)
• Working Location: All Sovotel Boutique Hotel properties
