Join our dynamic team at Kiddo Child Specialist Clinic as a Clinic Assistant Cum Content Creator/Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop creative content strategies to educate and engage our audience on paediatric health topics.

- Produce high-quality written and visual content for social media and other marketing channels.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is shared with our audience.

- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to foster community engagement.

- Assist in the efficient operation of the clinic by performing administrative tasks and providing support to staff as needed.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all clinic policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Marketing, Communications, or any related field is preferred.

- Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting preferred, but not required.

- Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a healthcare or child-related setting.

- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software such as Canva/Capcut/Adobe.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.

- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards children and their families.

- Knowledge of paediatric healthcare practices and terminology is a plus.

- Embrace a solutions-oriented approach and inspire positivity among colleagues.

- Exhibit a high level of self-discipline and accountability in managing tasks, meeting deadlines, and achieving goals. Possess strong time management.
