- 5–7 years of experience in the electronics repair field
- Strong knowledge of electronic fundamentals and principles
- Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and schematics
- Hands-on experience in component-level troubleshooting and repair
- Ability to diagnose and rectify electronic faults independently
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with electronic testing and measuring equipment is an advantage
