Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to assist with the daily operations of our Mangoo F&B kiosk. The intern will gain practical experience in customer service, food and beverage preparation, sales, stock management, and kiosk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily kiosk opening and closing activities.
• Prepare mango smoothies, ice cream, and other Mangoo products according to SOP.
• Serve customers and provide friendly customer service.
• Handle cash and POS transactions.
• Assist with stock checking, receiving and storage of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food handling practices.
• Assist with daily sales and stock records.
• Support promotional activities and product displays.
• Ensure the kiosk is clean, organised, and properly operated.
• Perform other operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in F&B, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
• Responsible, punctual, friendly, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• No prior F&B experience required; training will be provided.
