About the Role

As a Perm Leader, you'll lead by example in a 360 recruitment capacity by developing new business, placing top talent and coaching others to do the same.

You'll be instrumental in building a strong team culture, driving performance and delivering exceptional results for clients and candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, training and mentoring a team of Recruitment Consultants
• Driving new business development and building strong client partnerships
• Managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates and closing permanent placements
• Sharing best practices and fostering collaboration across the team
• Contributing to the strategic growth and development of the permanent recruitment business
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven success in 360 recruitment, ideally within professional or technical recruitment
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a people management role
• A strong commercial mindset and passion for building high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills
• A drive to innovate, grow and challenge the status quo
