Responsibilities
Job Description:
1. Identify and define project requirements, scope & objectives
2. Co-ordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
3. Prepare project proposal, think of a temporary time frame, schedule and budget
4. Prepare work statement or methodology
5. Monitor, track and report of project progress and handle issues that arise
6. Co-ordinate activities on schdeuling, monitoring and conduct project review meeting
7. Manage subcontractor's executions at site to ensure adherence to requirements and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
1. Professional Engineering Board (PEB) recognised Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum of 5 years' of LTA project experience in the construction industry
3. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry, ideally with involvement in all stages of a project life cycle from tendering to handover (Complete whole project cycle)
4. Prior experience in Civil Engineering - Infrastructure work, LTA/NPARKS/SLA/PUB projects, relating to construction and landscape works or terms key related project will be advantageous.
5. Solid technical knowledge for Civil Engineering project and contract administration
6. Good interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills including lead project teams with results orientated
7. Proactive and ability to work in fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
