Prospect and acquire new clients through research and networking, while maintaining existing client relationships.

Develop strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.

Serve as the main point of contact, identifying customer needs, providing solutions, and addressing feedback to ensure satisfaction.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and presentations to negotiations and closing contracts.

Monitor competitor activities, analyze sales data, and provide feedback to management to improve sales strategies.

Work with marketing and product teams to promote products and align sales goals. 

Understand how construction activities function/work.
