Responsibilities
Job Summary
Estudio Technologies seeks a dedicated and meticulous Sales Support to assist and contribute to the sales team’s overall success
Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries, quotations, technical proposal, tender submissions, product specifications, contract administration
Coordinate order fulfilment activities, order processing, document preparation and general communication with clients
Respond to client’s inquiries and provide excellent client service
Assist to research and map alternative technology products against your requirements
Understands technical terminology and can communicate with suppliers
Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless delivery of product and services
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum Nitec certificate or diploma qualification
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
Proficient in using CAD Drawing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to details, strong organisational and multitasking skills with ability to priorities and meet deadlines
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
